Why should I choose Clean Bee over your competitors?

Focus. We’re laser-focused on only two things: saving you time and ensuring that you have a clean living environment. Everything we do stems from believing in these two things. We don’t do anything else.

How do I book a clean?

The easier way to book a clean is using our online booking form. You can also book via phone at (678) 661-5604.

Do I have to be home while you’re cleaning?

You do not need to be home while we’re cleaning, although you’re certainly welcome to be home if you’d like. We just need instructions that let us know how to access your home.

How do I let your cleaners into my home?

While booking online or by phone, we’ll ask for instructions on how to obtain access to your home. There are various ways to provide access:

    • Hiding a key somewhere outside (easiest and most common)
    • Providing a code for electronic locks
    • Being home and opening the door
How do I cancel or schedule a clean if something comes up?

If you need to cancel or re-schedule, please call or text (480) 210-7070

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my clean?

There are a few things you can do ahead of time to ensure things go smoothly:

    • Turn off your alarm system. We prefer that you do not have the cleaner disarm/re-arm your alarm system to avoid any mishaps.
    • Pick up your personal belongings. This helps avoid personal belongings being placed somewhere that is difficult for you to find.
    • Put your valuables away to avoid accidents.
Do you offer a guarantee?

Absolutely, each and every clean is backed by our Clean Bee Guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied just let us know within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean your home at no cost. If you’re still not satisfied, you’ll get a full refund for your clean.

What don’t you clean?

Please keep in mind that we do not do the following:

    • “Maid” activities (such as washing dishes and laundry)
    • Clean toys or collectables
    • Clean the inside of fireplaces, ovens, or refrigerators.
    • Move furniture
    • Home organizing (such as decluttering)
    • Clean up pet waste or other hazardous materials
    • Use step ladders
Do I need to provide supplies?

No. We bring all the supplies necessary to get the job done.

Are you okay with any pets being in the home during cleaning service?

Yes, we are pet-friendly. However, we recommend that particularly friendly pets be secured ahead of time so they don’t disrupt the cleaning process!
